He is so over the top in his exhibition of anger to each testifier that he is useless as an 'information gatherer.'

This morning Kerrey ranted and Tenet just stared at him. When he was finished and Tenet had no idea what Kerrey had asked him, Kerrey said, "I guess that was a declarative statement."

And the panel moved on.

This is so true.

The whole panel has talked to all these people behind closed doors and this is nothing more than CODE language for the WORLD to see and hear.

Their questions and language used is not about informing the public. What they seek to give to the public is this "supposed indignation".
