Well, we can just sum this up and skip the next 1 1/2 hours:
--If anything WAS done, Clarke did it.
--If anything WASN'T done, Clarke recommended it but was ignored.
--If Clarke had been given the "dots", only HE would've figured it out.
--NO ONE cares as much as Clarke.
Does that cover it?
