The fact is that there seems to be plenty of blame placed on both the Clinton administration and the Bush administration. Are you surprised that it's being so even-handed, this commission?

And Dobbs thinks this is a good thing? We have, on the one hand, 8 years of doing nothing constructive from a military, financial or diplomatic standpoint. On the other hand we have 7 months of an administration trying to figure out what has worked and what hasn't while staffing up.
