GWB was also whispering (or so he thought) the Clymer comment to one person and doing it in a joking way. He was not yelling it out so everyone around him could hear like Mr. Kerry did today. Kerry's got a quick temper, a superiority complex, and likes to assign blame-not a good combo for a president IMO.
