Best way to do away with the Klintoon legacy is to do whatever it takes to keep the HBIC out of the White House.

As we all know Clinton put US troops in Kosovo and
if one wanted to reverse his legacy one would withdraw US troops from there.

So I think the smart thing for Bush would be to withdraw troops from Kosovo and tell the Europeans to take care of their own backyard.
