Dick Cheney has got to be the smartest, yet plain spoken, Vice Presidents I've ever seen or heard. If he didn't have health issues he'd be my number one choice for President in '08. JMHO

He would not run and he would not get elected but would make a President of the first rank. It is too bad becasue we could really use him. It i actually shocking to see intellectual prowess and clarity in an elected official. Bet the Rats are scared to death of him.
