This is such B.S. Since when do any of these "terror threats" turn into actual terrorist actions? The answer, of course, is never. Every major Islamist attack comes completely unannouced, and catches everyone (including the "intelligence" community) totally by surprise. I suspect this pattern will continue. In fact, the strength of terrorism lies in its unpredictability.

The strength of terrorism is our unwillingness to kill any of the people who give aid and comfort to terrorists.

I disagree, while we don't know when or exactly where they will strike, they always threaten and strike what they say. In OBL's last message from Dr. Z. in Feb. singled out France because of the headscarf ban. Bush was taunted. In light of Spain (who was also mentioned) I would take this serious. EU elections are coming up as well as German presidential.
Most people are too busy making fun of them when they send videotapes, or later after attacks, critizing the victims countries reaction, while they are planning the next attack. Meanwhile the keystone cops are looking under every old ladies chair (ETA did this!) ignoring the elephant.
On a world stage I fear we will never be united like they are against the west right now.
