No, just steal our property rights is all. All taxes steal our property rights. Sales and income taxes steal the things that we have created, while land tax only "steals" the natural resources that we only have because the Feds conquered them for us.

I love it when the alligator eats the one who's been feeding it before me.

The AMT will hit liberals first, because they not only move to, but celebrate high local, city, and state taxed areas.

My gut check however tells me that this press release is not spontanious banter from the subject. It has been fed to the press with a motive. Let's wait and see what it is.

But what really matters is that the primary function of the state is to protect our property, especially our landed property. That is why we should support the government with property taxes, especially land taxes.
