If it was a mistake, why did Kerry say he stood by the statement? How come Kerry never said "I didn't say that."

Yes, this is so silly. Kerry has stood by the statement, is this guy trying to make Kerry look like a worse flip/flopper and liar than he already does?

I saw a videotape of Kerry saying he met with foreign leaders and then denied it saying that he spoke to the leaders, all in the same breath.

This puppy has got some big problems between his ears!
