We had a roast, spuds (didn't have carrots, boooooooo) and I just now (don't ask) made the gravy for left-overs. That is IF YOU don't eat 'em all!!

Woo-hoo! That sounds AWESOME!! We ate out with the MIL&FIL -- pretty standard fare for a Sunday! We often do lunch with them after church! Left over roast is my favorite especially with gravy over toast or biscuits....mmmmm!! Now where do you live?? LOL!!
