I've heard some freepers say that the woman in that picture is actually not K. Harris. Does anybody know who she is?

It looks like her to me. Compare the smiles in #3 and #4 ---the way her bottom lip curves and meets the upper teeth. Also the eyes are very similar in both pictures.
