MamaDearest, I had a feeling I was treading on thin ice but no disrespect was meant.
Did you just read Steinbeck's 'The Chrysanthemum's"? Your reply could have been lifted from that story.
Maybe you're a Steinbeck fan?

No. Never read Steinbeck, but do I read books constantly. I took your comment lightly (no problem). The terrorists appear obsessive compulsive with timing and numbers. Although 10 planes were originally planned for 9/11, interestingly, four did all the destruction and four trains were used in Spain. Coincidental?
Three of the four bombed trains originated from that station.
It was reported that none of the names of the so-called Arab terrorists were on any of the passenger lists of any of the four planes involved in 911.

The number four is considered inauspicious because it is pronounced the same as the word for death (shi). Therefore, one should not make presents that consist of four pieces, etc. In some hotels and hospitals the room number four is skipped.
