You'll see a lot of that in Algeria as well. The Algerian rebels are ruthless - there have been occasions where they have killed entire households, and entire villages, slitting throats and decapitating everyone from infant to elderly.

Yup; the scale of the atrocities there is/was mindboggling.

At least the Web allowed us to read reports - the US media neglected that whole war pretty thoroughly.
