If you love punk and even just like Irish music, you've GOT to get a hold of some early Pogues music. Shane McGowan is in my opinion one of punk's untold heroes!

As left leaning and drunk as they come, but musically brilliant!

I like The Pogues sound. I have a pet peeve against musicians who screw up performances by being too drunk. McGowan definitely did that in their Saturday Night Live appearance.
