Salk.... but the polio vaccine used now wasn't developed by him. Live vaccine or dead vaccine - that was the debate. I wish I could remember the other guy's name ... it is rather similar to Salk.
Salk's Institute today does bogus research regarding "congenital homosexuality," and Salk himself says he is a mutated (evolved) higher form of human life than most of us.....
