Frankly this is exactly why our space program is some 30 years behind where it should be.

I think it is a total waste of money! NASA to me is a dinosaur!Just a waste of our tax dollers! Why don't we explore things to improve man on this earth, like food shortage, clean up the enviroment, improve housing and transportation!

It's unconscionable that money was taken from a critical project like the space station

What's so critical about the space station? Let's cut 100% of NASA's budget and return it to the taxpayers. Let private industry tackle space if it likes.
