Have you seen the end of your thread? We're on to something.

If you listen to a replay of Kerry's remarks about the liars and crooks, at the mumbling part, it sounds like Kerry's saying "freaking mothers." I just heard it on the radio. Kerry needs an intervention. STAT. He's not presidential material but someone refer him to a "nice spa/retreat".

No surprising.....'F&*#ing' seems to be one of Kerry's favorite expressions.

Can you provide a link to the tape of his remarks?

Julie, there are TWO versions. I heard the muther version on the Schnitt radio show - wfla 970 radio this afternoon. Maybe they have it on his web page but I don't know the link.

The TV version has the different ending. It's very bizarre. Schnitt couldn't hear it but I heard the freaking muthers on the audio replay.

Not only should W refuse to debate this "man"...pending an apology, he should also have another condition for debating...

President Bush could even put it in a TV ad...

"Which John Kerry wants to debate me?

The one who voted for war in Iraq, or the one who opposes it?

The one who voted for the No Child Left Behind Act, or the one who opposes it?

The one who served honorably in Vietnam, or the one who threw his, errr...someone elses medals back?

The one who supported tax cuts, or the one that wants to recind them?

The one that would not support executing terrorists, or the one that does?

The one that voted against Desert Storm, or the one who later called for punishing Saddam in 1998?

The one who stood with Congress on 9/11 in solidarity, or the one who criticizes 9/11 in ads?

In other words, would the REAL John Kerry show up for a debate, or the other one?"

And he's so damn verbose people will fall asleep even IF they can get his point!

For sure! I can just see the debate:
Moderator: Do you think the war on terror is the most important issue today?
Bush: Yes.
Kerry: blah, blah, blah. And 20 minutes later, we still won't know what he thinks.

I sure don't know how any moderator will be able to give them equal time. For every question they ask Kerry, they'd have to ask W so many questions they'd be reduced to asking him if he remembers the name of the pony he had when he was 6.
