Do you honestly believe that the mainstream media will do your bidding?
Their job is simple; pretend to report the news objectively, but do so in a way that enhances John Kerry's prospects of being elected.

I know that your heart is in the right place, but the objective of the media barrage was to scare the Bush people into pulling in their horns so they wouldn't fight back against the DNC propaganda apparatus. It appears not to have worked. So now the objective of the media is to cover their tracks.
No appeal to the media to be "evenhanded" or to investigate this propaganda stunt will prosper, because it is not in the media's interest to expose their collusion with the Kerry Campaign and the DNC.
What do you think they are going to do, Doug? Neil Boortz or Rush or you complain, right? What's supposed to happen? Are the mainstream press supposed to be struck by lightning on the way to Damascus and say, "OHMYGOD! I've been biased!" Do you honestly believe that Dana Milbank or Perky Katie are going to write in print or proclaim on the air that they've been biased, and that they'll be good little boys and girls from now on?
No. They will ignore the evidence of the collusion between the Tides Organization, Ms. Kerry's money, the DNC, the Win Without War crowd, and the DNC's talking points. They will ignore it and assume that it will vanish into the ether. They will be right, because whoever controls the past controls the future.
They will ignore it and pretend it didn't happen, rather than publicly shame themselves. They will learn from this and prepare for their October Surprise, which they will coordinate with the Kerry Campaign and McAuliffe's people to destroy the President.
Remember this: the American media is the most sophisticated instrument of agitation and propaganda since the Third Reich. The difference between Goebbels and the people who staffed the Reich Propaganda Ministry and today's mainstream press is twofold:
1. Goebbels was entirely cynical and honest with himself about the dishonesty and outright lies he peddled to the German people; the American media hides behind the lie of objectivity-and what's more, are indignant when confronted with the fact that they believe their own lies.
2. Goebbels and the rest of his minions had much better tailors.
