That's just a dumbass statement. Do you really think
the streets and neighborhoods are safer because Martha Stewart is occupying prison space?

I wonn't tell you what your statements are. I'm a lady.

This sends a message that even someone like Martha Stewart has to pay the price for her crimes. And she is a criminal.

That will help cut down on crimes like this in the future. And that will make stockholders and stock buyers safer.

No, but our investments will be safer because of the example made of her.

Why don't you just fess up to being a Martha Stewart Groupie and get over it. Your defenses have been as shallow as her TV shows!

Do you believe only violent criminals should serve prison time? Shall we exempt counterfeiters, embezzlers, traitors, spies and thieves?

I am not a MS fan. I don't have a problem with the jail time. My only concern is that her empire will crumble. That alone doesn't bother me until I put all of the workers, the stores that carry her goods and their workers livelihoods at stake....then I wonder what is the best to do with Martha. Does what she did really amount to something that should put all of these workers at risk? I don't know. There ought to be some way to punish her that lets her company keep on top of things. Maybe she could pay a huge fine, plus community service and whatnot bigtime.
