This "soldier" is aiding enemies to the U.S. I agree. I especially liked his little comment "WOW" on his profile after listing he is in the Coast Guard. He and his ilk are scary, and his fellow soldiers and commander have a RIGHT TO KNOW about his obvious latent hate for the military.

Go for it! This one is brain dead.
To: doug from upland
Of course not, but your answer was too general and not specific enough. I don't know anything about this organization and that's why I asked the first question. After your answer I still don't know anything about them.
I want the Coast Guard to perform it's mission. If they can't because of this guy then boot him. If there's a policy against him taking that political position then good for the military. After the last 10 years I didn't know. Stand down.

It's part of Homeland Security now.
Either way the Coast Guard is a branch of the military.

They actually have a noble cause --- feeding children around the world who are starving. They do have a point about the amount of resources used to produce meat. On the other hand, we really do produce all the food the world needs. The problem is evil political systems that starve their people or get in the way of others who want to send them aid.

As a retired Coast Guard Senior Chief, I only wish this putz worked for me. I can assure you, he would rue the day his mother delivered him. If you do chose to contact his commanding officer, the Portsmouth, VA area is one of our larger concentration of personnel. I would suggest you contact Support Center Portsmouth and ask for personnel and they will tell you which unit this putz is assigned, then contact his C.O. I would suggest you keep your information handy, so you can document his feelings.

Well, perhaps it goes back to this ---- From each according to his ability; to each according to his need. That philosophy resulted in probably 50 million deaths in the 20th Century.

Movement in Motion, Bronx, NY ..... how about this one?
Well, maybe Eating for Peace has something in common with that group.

Okay, full disclosure. I'm coming out of the closet, or trunk or storage facility... oh well I digress. I was once one of these small-head-thinking-for-the-big-head, Geez- give-peace-a-chance, easily manipulated chumps that are listed here. Armed with the life experience of 20 years and the sense of omnipotent superiority that accompanies that age, not only was I Bad,in fact- I was Nationwide. But we had nice simple names for our crowd- Student Communists for Freedom, the Violence for Peace Coalition, Stray Dogs for the Empowerment of Minorities, you know that Sixties naming thing that occurs over a joint, a six pack, and a manifesto.
Well Whoo Boy how things have changed now we have:
Forum Against Militarism and War, Heidelberg, Germany-- some guilt working here
Franciscan Sisters and Cojourners of the Justice & Peace Network, Rochester, MN-- What precisely is a cojourners?....
And my favorite
African American Holiday Association, Washington, DC
Yo Freeps you've just got to love the North Korean group naming book this crowd uses....

Oh so no commies in the military. Really. I don't think that was a policy even during Viet Nam. I thought we were fighting terrorism, not China. My bad.

Despite conservative roots that caused me to work for the Goldwater campaign at 16, I actually believed some college professors for a short time. I thought guns were bad and rent control was good. What the hell was I thinking? Fortunately, that period in my life only lasted a few years.
