Haiti is a fiasco because we (Clinton anyhow) supported --- kept propped up a corrupt regime that should have been overthrown years ago --- but we're also propping up the oligarchs of Mexico. Fox is smirking because he doesn't think he should do anything to improve the economy of Mexico so that those citizens might like to stay in their own homeland.
