I agree with you all. I am not happy with the immigration situation. However, if you do not vote Bush, are you saying Kerry will be better?

What is your solution?

In an overall sense, Kerry is not a solution at all.

However, from the point of view of someone who lives on the border, he could be viewed as a local solution -- and as the saying goes, all politics is local.

Kerry would just about do away with the borders as we currently know them. From a strictly local viewpoint that would be a big plus.

Instead of sneaking over the border and through my front and back yards, the illegals could just get on an airplane or bus in Mexico and head for their destination of choice here in the good old US of A. Everybody gets cheap lettuce, cheap lawn service, and cheap labor while I don't have to worry about scattering Paco's sh!t to the wind for trying to "borrow" my truck for his journey.

So who should I vote for? Or should I even bother voting at all?
