What's stupid about it? There are more Christians being systematically persecuted today than Jews - in the sense of being imprisoned and executed for their beliefes (in China, Sudan and elsewhere), yet Krauthammer's column stokes anti-christian sentiment.

Incidentally, does not that statement qualify as incitement to violence? Specifically targetted violence?

We are not very far from 1st century Rome. It could happen easily, and is happening in certain places. I never thought gay people would be lining up at city halls to be married, but it's here.
