No one says that only Jews have suffered from genocide. Because Jews are frightened by this film because every earlier portrayal just like has wrought slaugher of Jews, and now in America can, thank God, express themselves and try to counter possible evil arising from the film, should not lead people to denounce Jews as a group. Jews are not denouncing Christians. They are warning about a film! That Armenians and Cambodians have been systematically murdered has nothing to do with this movie and what it might incite - the hated of this film would be against Jews, not Cambodians and not Armenians. I'm not aware of Jewish mass murder of Christians. Are you aware that the movie has a line that says that Jews will forever have the blood of Jesus on them and that it has a character call for the eternal punishment of the Jews and that Gibson agreed not to have the line translated in its showings in the U.S.?

How is the film more antisemitic than the Gospel account?
And why won't you answer my questions I have posted to you?

Did
Schindler's List create massive hatred for the Germans? Did
Pearl Harbor do the same for the Japanese?
Jews have more to fear from militant Muslims than they do from the patrons of this movie.

That's just a bold, anti-Christian lie. There have been many films of Jesus' Crucifixion. Can you list the pogroms they've caused? Jews are not denouncing Christians.
As a group, no. You are. Are you aware that the movie has a line that says that Jews will forever have the blood of Jesus on them and that it has a character call for the eternal punishment of the Jews and that Gibson agreed not to have the line translated in its showings in the U.S.?
You still haven't sourced this lie, either.

Just remember that Jesus was a Jew, sent by God to save the Jews. He was a new covenant between God and God's choosen people. There were no Christians around to save. They came later.
Saving the Jews required His blood - following the Jewish ritual of sacrifice practiced in Temple at that time.
God killed Christ. Christ killed Christ. Christ died for the Jews, the Romans and you and I. I don't hate the Jewish people and/or the Romans for what transpired as it was part of God's plan. [That doesn't mean that unscrupulous people haven't used this act of love for evil purposes by manipulating weak-minded believers.]
The Jewish leaders then, like today, feared Jesus' message. They feared the growing following of Jesus then and they fear that this movie might move more to follow Him.
There is nothing anti-Semetic about this movie.
