The Mexicans have asked that we take their share of the Mars water in lieu of the water that they owe the Texas farmers in the Rio Grande Valley. President Bush is said to be considering the request.

This is proof positive that the Martians were done in by 2.5 gallon toilets!
I knew it would happen, somewhere. All those warnings on TV can't be wrong, you know. Remember 1.6 gallons per flush -- and you can SAVE OUR PLANET!

Do we really save water when the 1.6 gallon flush doesn't do the job, we have to get a toilet brush and push the monkey tail down from the side of the bowl, flush again... I mean, we're already talking 3.2 gallons in that case. Knowhatimean?
