Anyone know who Stoen is? I had never even heard of this guy!

I Googled him and best I can tell he is a Dep. Dist. Attn. from Mendocino County who ran for State Senator as a Dem in 1998. He also lost his six-year-old daughter in the People's Temple mass suicide.
