Uma's dress looks like someone ripped a bunch of fabric off the bolt, threw it over her shoulders and tied it at the waist.

And I can't believe ROTK wasn't nominated for Cinematography. :(

ROTK probably wasn't nominated for Cinematography because this film was mostly CGI or sets in terms of the scenery, especially Mordor and Minas Tirith/Pelennor, unlike the first two films.
