Oh yes, I love those. I esp. like the catholic one "if sh*t happens you deserve it" and the hindu one "this sh*t happened before"
I'm telling you, I consider myself a pretty intelligent, knowledgeable and intellectual person (ok, I can't spell, but that's besides the point) and the Sh*t Happens and Two Cow jokes explain life very well, in my humble opinion.
