At the Last Supper He requested His people to, "do this in remembrance of Me."

The Last Supper was a Seder meal. Jews believe that the Seder meal "makes present" the exodus from Egypt. It is more than simple remembrance. Ask a Jew, they'll tell you. This is the sense in which Jesus was speaking. The breaking of bread "makes present" Jesus' sacrificial death on the Cross. This is what Catholics believe. And scripture shows that St. Paul believed it too.

Should be, "makes present the Passover event."
