judiciary is now making the law

Right after WWII, the communist said they'd make the United States a communist nation eventually. They'd take their time, and destroy it from within.
It appears they weren't joking. They're here and in charge now.
Our Republic is in trouble, and there's never been a better time to defeat the commies once and for all. If only our elected officials would do what they were elected to do!!!

I think Stanley Kurtz pretty much nailed this one on the head - if this isn't stopped, no instance of judicial activism (or executive activism, in the case of Newsom) will ever be able to be challenged again.
