Glad to see Rush finally seeing the light.

Top reason to vote Bush - the courts.

What do you think of the Bush appointed judge that just 'ruled' that citizens of DC have no RKBA's?

And why hasn't Bush had charges filed against 'da judge' for clearly violating his oath of office?

Unless something is done, sooner or later the "rule of five" (black-robed commissars) is going to run into "rule 308."

Point me to that discussion, please.

Yep, its very likely to happen, as long as we keep electing these 'powerless' republocrats..

ALL of them, courts, legislators & executives, -- think they are winning something with their political games of finger pointing.. No one will win when rule 308 is invoked.

It was last months flap, conveniently forgotten by now. Search under DC.

I did that search. Didn't see the discussion that supports your suggestion.

I'll see voting from the rooftops in my lifetime. Voting Bush in November should allow my children to become adults before then.

It will be a tragedy for our nation when rule 308 is invoked. But if these black-robed commissars are not slapped back into their constitutional corner, it's coming. You just can't have a handful of unelected judges rubbing peoples faces in feces and ordering them to like it, and not end up with a social explosion.

Tell it to our elected officials..

They have the duty to 'slap em back', and aren't..
Therefore, I see the whole 'controversy' as just more political games.. ALL branches want these same socialistic 'laws' empowered & enforced.. They are all ignoring our constitution..
And will continue to do so until some brave men in a county or a state take back their constitutional rights.

Thanks. Be assured that I'll do the assigned homework.

Yet, with each passing day, a larger part of me thinks Bush realizes where he can gain ground in the annals of history, and that his own awareness of the power of the federal judiciary is also growing.

Who you gonna vote for, Kerry?

Those brave men surely won't be voting for Kerry.

Pretty revealing that you'd consider your vote this fall to be "a game".

I don't either, but I think voting Kerry is asking for it.
