Are we to the point yet where we need to request our senators kill the whole bill or is it worth the risk of having the bill fixed in conference committee?

Also, is there any chance they can vote 1805 down and then have a vote on 1806 without amendment?

This is all about election year politics.

The worried Dems got to be "pro-industry", while the worred RINOs got to be "pro-safety".

And the poisoned bill will not become law.
