Good find. I hope that the 21st century McCain remembers the man he was when he first returned to the US.

I don't recall McCain bragging about his service in 2000. I remember it being a selling point, but not a bragging right. If he did it certainly wasn't like JFK's boasting.

Hey, well, Kerry didn't have an easy time, either. When he got home after his summer vacation in Nam, he had to try and explain why he had dodged the balance of his tour. He also had a tough time with a new polo pony, there were a couple of Vasser girls that took him a couple of weeks and the yacht club chowder just didn't taste right. So don't think McCain was the only one having a tough time.

"These men should bear some censure so that in future wars there won't be a precedent for conduct that hurts this country."

Conduct that hurts this country? Oh, you mean like what John Kerry did. He collaborated with the NVA - he was just lucky enough not to be captured by them first.

Manchurian Senator McCain Says "Don't Fear Manchurian Senator Obama"

They broke him. He admits as much. He's got Stockholm Syndrome for Barry.
