Ha ha! They are already outsourcing border patrol...to the Mexicans guards on the other side! The guards are quite effective, too, since they are making sure that all aliens who wish to enter the U.S. can do so. The U.S. is certainly getting its money worth for this "outsourcing." And America doesn't even have to tie up its own guard manpower with border patrol to boot!
