"I think we ought to go up on the alert". I feel the same way. Then, I thought back to when DHS noted that they needed to develop a warning system that takes into account the threatened targets. They may be in somewhat of a bind. How can they come out and announce " Please vacate NYC, LA, DC (etc.)" without panicking people living in the cities.
