Looking at this latest VOJ # 12 I'm beginning to wonder if I'm losing it!!

Could the original source(s) for these updates be incapacitated or incarcerated and the current author not be up to snuff to do the job? Agreed it looks "different."

Not if you understand the code, perhaps. My guess is that it's some coded directives for the cells.
