What I need is someone to force me to use what I have learned.

I think it was a search for: household hints
that convinced me that I didn't know nearly as much as I thought I did.

If you are new to herbs and healing, then look for a book that has been on the market 50 or more years.

It is the foundation book for most of the newer books and the best of several that I have owned.

It can be bought for very little used and last year, half.com had them for 5 to $20.00.

I used the lung recipe in it for Bills bad lung for several years, it was a bad tasting tea, but he had a lung full of scar tissue, from being shot in WW2, and a cold was rough on him.

If he ate 2 or so Jalapeno peppers a day, he didn't get colds.

The real secret to the herbs, is the fact that many of the medicines in the drug stores are the manufactured chemical versions of the herb ingredients.
