Knock it down, Lord! Get that hideous monstrosity out of the Temple Mount.

I don't care what he would do, only what Christ would want us to do prior to His return. I know what He'll do then however.

Daisy cutter great commission bump. BwaaHaaHA! I love it!
Thank the Lord we can't do all we would choose to do. I might lob a half dozen on Saudi's M&M's, Mecca and Medina.

The dome has been cracked for over a year due to the bulldozing, The Mosque has been surrounded by scaffolding for a long time. They are just trying to come up for another reason for it so they do not look like such idiots. Too little too late if you ask me.

During this year's hajj, I had a nasty thought:
Wouldn't is be interesting if a transport plane "accidentally" let slip a daisy cutter 3 or 4 miles from the Kaaba. Away from any people, but close enough that the kaboom, debris cloud, and shock wave were observable to the moon-worshipping heathens.
Alas, it didn't happen. Maybe next year.

The abomination of desolation is not the building IMO, but the act of antichrist declaring himself to be God.

The Man of Sin is not some last minute antichrist yet to come, but...
Muhammad! It is only he that is SITTING IN THE PLACE OF GOD, the Temple Mount, and has been for over 1300 years.

Never thought of that exact interpretation, Chris. I don't agree with it, but it's an interesting angle for sure!

Not that it is original with me, of course. We had an elderly pastor back in the 70s, long with the Lord now of course, who used to say "DONT SET UP HURDLES FOR GOD" as far as prophecy was concerned.
In other words, if Jesus wanted to he could come back today. If He does, that verse would have had no fulfillment except Muhammad. If heaven forbid, time lasted and that awful end time antichrist materialized, well there is another fulfillment, but we have already seen all we need to, for the text to be fulfilled.
For more info on the fact that the Abomination of Desolation is a building --the Muslim structures on the Temple Mount-- try ole Ellis Skolfield's books, I think he has a new one out-- in Ft Myers FL or that area, or at Fish-House dot com on the NEt.
