What I can conclude from today's discussion is that Fair Opinion must have been a harsh harsh critic of Arnold Schwarznegger during the recall gubernatorial campaign.
Because during that campaign Arnold argued for a number of policy positions that ran COUNTER to Bush including arguing for a pro-choice position (contrary to the President) and also attacking the 'right wing' of the party.
Or is just that it's OK to be a moderate and attack a position held by a conservative Republican, but it's not OK to be a conservative and attack a liberal position that a Republican officeholder is advacing?
