"It's true. I know many who are incenced about the illegal alient amnesty."

That's true. And if he signs a new AWB bill, or renews the expiring one, he's finished. The race is way too close as it is, and Bush can't afford to alienate his supporters. But a AWB bill and amnesty for illegals will wipe out any chance he may have had. Sorry folks, but that is the truth. Look at the numbers (i.e., electoral college numbers): All the Dim has to do is keep the Gore states and add one more -- only one more! -- and the Dim wins the presidency. That's a simple but unavoidable fact.

That's a simple but unavoidable fact.

That fact can change as this race develops.. All President Bush had to do is win one or two of the states he lost by just a few hunderd votes and the dymanics change again.....

I don't think it will be that close once the campaign begins in earnest.... It's been all democrats for the past few months with their primaries, etc. The Bush Campaign will begin to unleash the dollars in the competitive states before long.... Then lets see how the numbers stack up.

GO RALPHIE GO

Well, the way to stop it is to ensure your congressional delegation doesn't help send it up to the President's desk. That's how that works in this Adminstration AND did not in Clinton's and wouldn't in a Kerry adminstration.
