That site is okay for viewing, but substantively it lacks an introduction as to purpose, and a brief description of organization.

Seriously, if you care to expend the effort (and it's fine if you don't), get a text-based browser, and put yourself in the shoes of a person who can't see the screen, but can hear the words spoken as the cursor moves acoss the screen. There is no "easy" transition from "sight-friendly" to "blind-friendly," and in some cases the objects are mutually exclusive.

I once thought about trying to use one of those browsers and create a mobile wireless audio internet device. It would be kinda odd but people don't actually need to see the screen. Plus it'll have a much longer battery life.

But I have no technical know-how and would have messed it up badly. The device would have to know how to get online by itself, like I said, I have NO idea how to make one.
