Ann Coulter's vitriolic views may give conservatism a bad name. Thoughts?

I disagree. Just because someone is a veteran doesn't make them immune to criticism. After all, Benedict Arnold was also a decorated soldier in the U.S. military...

Consider the source. Consason ran lies about Bush Senior having an affair, and tried to give Pat Robertson the flu by licking the doorknob at Robertson's campaign headquarters back in 2000. He is the left's answer to Coulter without either the looks or the class.

Ann Coulter's vitriolic views may give conservatism a bad name. To whom?
Conservatives don't aren't going to turn liberal because of Ann.
Liberals will find something else to whine about.
What's the diff?

Dunno - this article reads as "smearing Republicans good, questioning hypocritical Democrats VERY BAD" to me.
If Cleland runs around questioning someone else's service, then why is this off limits?
For those who don't remember the 92 election, the Left was running around claiming Bush 41 was a war criminal - and cheating on his wife too...
To: paulsamuel1
Sorry Troll but the truth will set you free. Even when it's a hard truth as Ann has written regarding Cleland. Had he not cashed in ($$$) on his misfortune I might be a tad more sympathetic.

Ann Coulter has nads. She is great.
Funny how this columnist castigates her for criticism, yet it's perfectly OK for dems to do it, and for this columnist.
This guy [and the rats] are pure hypocrites and they can take their better-than-thou diatribe and shove it up their *^%$#%^.
[I think I made that pretty clear]

There was a time when Republicans were the first to defend veterans and the last to attack anyone who had served, regardless of partisan affiliation. That tradition is dead There was a time when Democrats were the last to defend veterans and the first to attack anyone who had served, regardless of partisan affiliation. That tradition is alive and well.
