Driving is a privilege. Just repeating that does not make it so. What is the constitutional basis for denying this "priviledge?" If people behave criminally or dangerously government could restrict their right to travel by whatever means they desire, but what is the legal basis for letting government confer a driving "priviledge?"
What other priviledges do you think government controls?

It bothers me that so many people think of rights as privileges. But then it also bothers me that I no longer live in a free country. Driving Is A Right
