Well said. They act like CNN wannabee's. With O'Reilley becoming such a geek of late, I dunno why anybody would watch them.

I just don't watch FNC on the week-ends any more. Hey everybody, write Roger Ailes......bombard him with emails and whatever........FNC was the only place to get our side heard and if Ailes is caving......well, I'll just stick with WorldNetDaily and Drudge to get "all sides". Gibson, Cavuto and Hume can't do it all as far as fair news reporting and if Ailes keeps these tabloid ninnies and lefties on there, he may lose his first place standing.

I left FR a while ago when it became a cheeleading site for Fox News, the station that sets the news to flashy music, no matter how grim the news happens to be. I check back here every so often and finally it appears a few people are beginning to question the path the site is taking. I hope it gets straightened out before November and regains the value it had in the last election.

I think this is the clue. Whenever Brit is there, things seem to run more conservative .. during the weekend (Friday, Sat, and Sun) when Brit is only there on Sunday morn, it does seem a whole lot more liberal. I do like Brian doing Weekend Live, but that's when I leave it.
Actually, I was watching the NASCAR show on NBC, and they did a fair job of showing the arrival of Air Force One and the motorcade. Even the NBC guy who interviewed the President did a very nice job.

"Fox has become "CNN Lite" in the last few months."
I have noticed this too. It seems that it started after Murdock appeared at a congressional hearing. Did they scare him??
Every since Tony Snow left, Fox News Sunday hasn't been the same. Meet the Depressed has been much better than Fox the past two Sundays. It's a shame.

Greg Jarrett is really obnoxious towards Bush and Republicans and I'd like to throttle him. But I did not notice the "snideness" in the others you mention.

Here is an article I found from USA Today that quotes E.D. Hill as being a "Primary-voting Democrat." Julian is horrible, I can't believe he is still there. Brian seems to be the only one during the week (on F&F anyway) that attempts to provide balance to E.D. and the leftist guest they have. And if the theory is that Fox News is attempting to appeal to more liberal viewers so that they get more viewers and higher ratings, they are also would be losing conservative viewers that got them the ratings they already have. Not because they are being "fair and balanced" but personally, I, and other conservatives should see right through this theory as all they care about is ratings and not the "fair and balanced" philosophy that got them where they are. I agree, however, that its getting rediculous over there at Fox...seems to be the only place to get news is Drudge, Rush, and Hannity.

Regardless of what the talking heads and headettes say, George W is the only politician in recent memory who "belongs" at a NASCAR race. Any other politician trying that would be doing a Dukakis.
That Bush is the first truly populist president in the last 100 years really irritates some people. Too bad.

Jason, ED has acknowledged she is Democrat. Of course we don't know if she votes Dem in the regular elections and I have heard her bash the Dems a couple of times. I said if FNC insists on keeping these lefties and tabloid ninnies on the air, I would resort to WND and Drudge for my news.....but thank you for reminding me about Rush. I have an acute case of "Dittoheaditis". *~*

On Fox News Sunday, Hume called the Kerry allegations "thin". Thin compared to what, Brit? The Bush AWOL story you've been hammering for the past 2 weeks?
Their whole Kerry "rumor" discussion was done with a smirking, winking attitude as if they are all above it. But they're not above DNC-created rumors about Bush, are they?

Oh, and I almost forgot. Brit also said that Kerry "categorically denied" the rumor.
No, Brit, Peter Jennings said Kerry categorically denied the rumor. You're quoting Jennings, not Kerry. Kerry denied nothing.
I normally love Brit. But he was sloppy and unprepared this weekend. His "thin" comment and reference to Kerry categorically denying the rumor were the type of Orwellian moments I expect from other networks, not Fox.
