It's hard to cheer up, you should see what they are doing to him.

I'm just checking in to let everyone know that I am proud of our President. We all need to pray for him and defend him. He has not only one evil foe but many. Life has just been too busy for me to get online very much but I needed a daily dose tonight.

President Bush said this to all of us:

Our nation -- this generation -- will lift a dark threat of violence from our people and our future. We will rally the world to this cause by our efforts, by our courage. We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail."

Now it's our turn to stand with him and fight, don't get down, get mad. Our President is under attack by evil forces and we must not surrender. Dubya had these words for us as well:

" It is my hope that in the months and years ahead, life will return almost to normal. We'll go back to our lives and routines, and that is good. Even grief recedes with time and grace. But our resolve must not pass. Each of us will remember what happened that day, and to whom it happened. We'll remember the moment the news came -- where we were and what we were doing. Some will remember an image of a fire, or a story of rescue. Some will carry memories of a face and a voice gone forever.

And George W. Bush made this promise and he WILL keep it:

" will not forget this wound to our country or those who inflicted it. I will not yield, I will not rest, I will not relent in waging this struggle for freedom and security for the American people."

"However, we can make it even easier for folks to access the "Vast, LeftWing Media Whore'd by...

putting "Dear Media" in the TO ADDRESS field, and have it routed to yourself in your address book for a file copy. Then paste the following list into the BCC ADDRESS field and each recipient will be unaware that you have blanketed them all. Please be polite--yet firm--in asking why the Leftists in the Medias refuse to report the stories of the day!! "

Thanks for the idea/e-mail addresses -- the following thread also provides some contact information!

Boycott News Advertisers For Biased Election News Coverage
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1077655/posts

RATHER THAN GET FRUSTRATED; LET'S GET BUSY!!!!!

Call/e-mail the media outlets, boycott the sponsors (and let them know you're boycotting them), write letters-to-the editor, call radio talkshows, get involved in grass roots efforts, contribute to the Bush-Cheney04 campaign!! DO SOMETHING!

I'm taking my own advice next Tuesday when I will take a vacation day so that I can join a group of 50 Republicans from the Cincy area who plan to spend the day in Lexington helping Ms Kerr's staff 'get out the vote' for her congressional campaign (she's currently behind in the polls by 8-10 points) -- not only will we be helping Ms Kerr, but we will also be refining our techniques for the ALL IMPORTANT election in November!!!!! [And no, I have never done anything like this before -- only for President George W Bush would I get out of bed at 5 AM, take a 90-minute bus drive to Lexington and then spend the next 10 hours walking neighborhoods disseminating campaign literature!]

There's an Easter song out there that has these lyrics, it goes...ONCE THEY LOVED HIM, NOW THEY HATE HIM and that's exactly what I think W must be going through his head right now! HOW quickly the American population has forgotten

Let's write a community song, called "Kerry!!" and sung to...

"HAIR"
- by Gerome Ragni and James Rado (The Cowsills)

She asks him why
Why? I'm a hairy guy
I'm hairy noon and night
Hair that's a fright
I'm hairy high and low
Don't ask me why
'Cuz he don't know
It's not for lack of bread
Like the Grateful Dead
Darling

Gimme head with hair
Long beautiful hair
Shining, gleaming,
Streaming, flaxen, waxen
Give me down to there hair
Shoulder length or longer
Here baby, there mama
Everywhere daddy daddy

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as I can grow it
My hair

Let it fly in the breeze
And get caught in the trees
Give a home to the fleas in my hair
A home for fleas
A hive for buzzin' bees
A nest for birds
There ain't no words
For the beauty, the splendor, the wonder
Of my...

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy
Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty
Oily, greasy, fleecy
Shining, gleaming, streaming
Flaxen, waxen
Knotted, polka-dotted
Twisted, beaded, braided
Powdered, flowered, and confettied
Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!

Oh say can you see
My eyes if you can
Then my hair's too short

Down to here
Down to there
Down to where
It stops by itself

They'll be ga ga at the go go
When they see me in my toga
My toga made of blond
Brilliantined
Biblical hair

My hair like Jesus wore it
Hallelujah I adore it
Hallelujah Mary loved her son
Why don't my mother love me?

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

Hi mystery,

I can understand that you are upset. I get really angry too when I hear these slanders and lies. As for the polls, look at what they said on the NRO Corner, maybe this will cheer you up a bit.

THE POST AND BUSH’S GUARD SERVICE [Byron York]
In this morning's Washington Post, reporters Richard Morin and Dana Milbank, analyzing the results of the paper's latest poll, write, "In a sign that Bush has been set back by recent controversies over Iraqi weapons, his National Guard record and the federal budget, the number of Americans viewing him as a 'strong leader' has slipped to 61 percent, down 6 points from December and the lowest level since the 2001 terrorist attacks."

A look at the numbers inside the Post poll suggest that, at the very least, the president's service in the Air National Guard does not belong on the list of Bush's liabilities. When the paper asked respondents, "Do you think questions about George W. Bush's service in the National Guard during the Vietnam War--are or are not a legitimate issue in this year's presidential election?" 66 percent of those polled said it was not a legitimate issue. Thirty percent said it was a legitimate issue, and four percent did not know or had no opinion.

Breaking the results down by party, 56 percent of Democrats said the president's Guard service was not a legitimate issue; 66 percent of Independents said it was not a legitimate issue; and 82 percent of Republicans said it was not a legitimate issue.

Viewing the results by region, a full 70 percent of those polled in the Midwest--an area with several key battleground states in the upcoming presidential election--said the president's Guard service was not a legitimate issue. Sixty-seven percent of those polled in the Democratic strongholds of the East said it was not a legitimate issue, along with 64 percent in the South and 67 percent in the West.

The democrats have a huge problem, a very huge problem.

THE TRUTH IS ON OUR SIDE, and George W. Bush is not in the White House licking his wounds, he's keeping his hand close to the vest and waiting for the right time to put these slanderous democrats in their place and show them what a REAL landslide looks like this November

God's blessings on GWB. Indeed, it is sad. Ironically, most American people turned on his father. But I have faith that when people come to vote, they will vote for an honest -- W!

I especially like this one, and the one with the baby.

Thank you DrDeb for helping out in the KY06 Kerr campaign.

I am a little worried about that race, although after I studied the composition of the polls (SurveyUSA) I found that Ds outnumbered Rs by almost 2 to 1 in the poll. Now I don't know if the district has similar registration though.

You just know that they are going to smirk and gloat if they win this race to taunt President Bush.
