Do you hang-glide? I used to every weekend when I lived near Lookout Mountain in Georgia, but it has been a long time. I always wished I could, but never got around to it. Back in the early '70s they used to hang glide with big old aluminum contraptions in the hills above Northridge, California. We would ride our bikes up there and ask the poor guys a million questions. I have always been drawn to it, love to watch it, but now that I'm over 40 with several kids I probably never will take up the sport.

You should reconsider... I learned to hang-glide when I was 15. My dad and I took lessons at the same time, he was 48. It really was a lot of fun. I do admit it is kind of expensive. I worked a lot of hours as a teenager (a lot of hours) so that I could by my hang-glider, pod harness, helmet, safety parachute, etc. The lessons were a birthday gift.
