Great editorial. A good interviewer would ask Kerry what exact "documentation" did you rely on before you made these public accusations against the U.S. military? another good question. Do you think that by presenting these atrocities, some of which are known to be false, that you contributed to the poor way the military was received by some of the public, (ie the spitting on and the booing of soldiers etc...)

It would have been his duty as an officer to report these supposed atrocities to higher ups. Why didn't he do his duty?

I'd add other questions.

Did Kerry still believe that communism did the lesser harm to Vietnam?

Does Kerry believe that the communists committed atrocities?

Did Kerry know how important his testimony was to the morale of the NV communists, and that they almost gave up, but for his testimony and the actions of Jane Fonda?
