A Jersey City high school boy is in custody after allegedly conning an Ohio car dealership into shipping him a $122,000 BMW and delivering it to him at Dickinson High School, officials said. "I don't think we have ever had one like this. It's unique," said Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Gregory Tomczak yesterday. The boy was 16 years old when he phoned Midwestern Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio, at the beginning of January to order the flashy, 12-cylinder BMW 760il, according to police reports.

What an ugly car, not worth $40G or $122G, yuck...
Now a Porsche Carrera or a Jaquar XK8, that would be worth it. STUPID KID~ I hope they get a good lawyer, and some good counseling for that stupid kid. While he is in prison.....

The Clintons would LOVE to have a bright young man like this to run Hillary's '08 campaign!

I guess I'd have to blame both for greed --- the kid sounds pretty greedy and not so clever that he didn't get caught, but the salesman was way to eager for a sale.

I think the new BMW designs are horrible.
There's no way I would own one, and people say the new iDrive system on the 7-series is bewildering.

Yes, quite the persuasive speaker! I bet his brains and impressive talents could have been applied to and appreciated by his high school speech and debate team.
