You need to tell the Cain people to get a replacement for the person who was answering the phone's at the state headquarters. I asked where Cain was speaking and he said "I dunno, um ah, good question, I would check the web site."

People who answer the phones need to be knowledgeable about the campaign. Maybe post a schedule by the phone that lists his engagements for the coming week.

You guys are selling a product, don't expect voters to be more than the normal lazy and casual consumers that they are. Make it too hard and they might settle for an inferior product, like Isakson.
