Ditto. He is playing his hand skillfully and he will not be distracted by the nervous Peggy's of the world who aren't even at the table.

When it's time to raise, he will. When it's time to call, he will. He has a winning hand, I have seen it. But he is lucky that it isn't you or me on the opposite side of the table. I always wanted a ranch in Texas.
